Wonderful family-friendly hotel with good value, we had a very good stay. The room itself was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned and the breakfast was marvellous. The sea view was a pleasant bonus. Set near a port, which helped to explore Tolo. Overall the service was excellent.

The only entrance to the hotel from the sandy beach - difficult with luggage! No direct access, steep descent to narrow, poorly accessible parking lot.

Very clean and modern furnished. Nice view from the room. Breakfast directly on the beach.
The access is via the beach, actually nice, but with suitcases laborious.

Generous and attentive service with beautiful sunsets visible.
The beach in front of the hotel is quite small. The garbage piles up during the day and goes uncleaned, which detracted from the overall beach experience. We also found the quality of breakfast to be average and not reflective of the local cuisine.

Superior room, very large bed, great view outside, shower with impressive size. The staff is extremely friendly and tries to fulfil all wishes. Mary from the reception always helped us and gave us good tips, thank you.
Breakfast always the same, only the type of fruit was changed. Housekeeping (daily room cleaning) very late - between 14 and 15 o'clock. The rain shower was calcified. In the bathroom every day ants (on the 3rd floor!) and there was no possibility to hang up the towels.

The Minoa is right on the water's edge, in a beautiful marine setting, very peaceful and with a feel of the Greek islands about it.
